Under the patronage of Prof. Ahmed El-Tayeb, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, President of Tanta University, Prof. Mahmoud Farouk Selim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Afaf Abdelaziz Basel, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Chairperson of the Technical Nursing Institute Board, and Prof. Samia Khatoun, Director of the Technical Nursing Institute, and within the framework of Tanta University’s collaboration with Al-Azhar to promote moderate thinking, the Technical Nursing Institute affiliated with the Faculty of Nursing at Tanta University organized today, Sunday, November 23, 2025, an educational awareness seminar titled:

“The Role of Religious Awareness in Enhancing the Quality of Health Care.” The seminar was organized in cooperation with the Board of the World Organization of Al-Azhar Graduates in Gharbia, headed by Prof. Saif Ragab Qazamel.

The seminar featured lectures by:

• Prof. Badia El-Tamlawy, Former Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Alexandria, and Vice President of the Organization
