Vision

The department of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing at Faculty of Nursing has to be an educational, research and service department at the local and regional levels in the fields of teaching and learning, scientific research, community service and environmental development.

Mission

It is to provide various educational opportunities for under and post graduate students which will contribute to graduating an excellent nursing staff able to compete in the labor market at the local and regional levels. Students have to be able to serve the society and solve its health problems through scientific nursing research in the light of the values and customs of the society.
