Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, President of Tanta University, Prof. Afaf Abdelaziz Bassal, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, paid a visit to the university’s student summer camp in Baltim on Thursday, August 21, 2025.

During the visit, Prof. Afaf delivered an awareness seminar to the university’s female students participating in the camp. She also made sure to engage with the students in all the activities and events organized as part of the camp.

The visit was attended by:

• Mr. Mohamed El-Kosair, Director General of Student Welfare at the University

• Mr. Hany Asr, Director of Student Welfare at the Faculty of Nursing

• Ms. Yasmine El-Dakroury, Director of Public Relations at the Faculty

The visit reflected the Dean’s commitment to supporting student development, encouraging active participation, and fostering a sense of community and leadership among nursing students.
