As a part of the national project to preserve the Egyptian family structure, "Mawadda", the Faculty of Nursing at Tanta University organized a training course titled "Mawadda"

As a part of the national project for the development of the Egyptian family and the strategic partnership between the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Tanta University in implementing activities and initiatives for the "Mawadda" project, which aims to preserve the Egyptian family structure, the Faculty of Nursing at Tanta University organized a training course titled "Mawadda" on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

The Mawadda project has been implemented by the Ministry of Social Solidarity since March 2019, following the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, with the goal of providing young people about to marry with the necessary knowledge to build and maintain a stable family structure.

The training session was held under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, President of Tanta University, and Prof. Afaf Abdel Aziz Bassal, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing. The Dean of the Faculty, in her lecture, emphasized the importance of preserving the Egyptian family structure by equipping young people with the knowledge and skills necessary for family building, as well as developing support and counseling mechanisms to resolve family disputes and reduce divorce rates.
