In Line with the Faculty's Role in Enhancing Academic Leadership Efficiency: Introductory Workshop on "Quality and Accreditation Standards"

    As part of its commitment to developing academic leadership and promoting a culture of quality, the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Nursing held an introductory workshop titled "Quality and Accreditation Standards" on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM in Lecture Hall 1 in the new faculty building.

The workshop was organized under the patronage of:

• Prof. Afaf Abdelaziz Bassal, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing

• Dr. Walaa Mostafa Eid, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty

The session was delivered by Dr. Walaa Mostafa Eid, focusing on introducing the newly appointed demonstrators across various academic departments to the concepts, criteria, and importance of academic quality and accreditation.

The workshop aimed to build awareness and foundational knowledge among junior academic staff to support the faculty’s efforts in achieving and maintaining academic excellence and institutional accreditation.
